PILE Cross Hole analysis (CHAMP)

The Cross-Hole Analyzer is used to verify the quality of concrete in deep foundations with ultrasound probes.
CHAMP Pile Dynamics is composed of a central acquisition unit, a receiver probe and transmitter probe, two independent encoder based measurement systems, a tripod for mounting the sensors, and the CHA-W software.
The instrumentation acquires and returns the data on the site in real time. The results, expressed as transit time and attenuation speed, are analysed in the CHA-W software and returned as a waterfall diagram, ready for final reporting.
CHAMP is conforming with international standards and is the requisites of ASTM D6760-08 “Test Method for Integrity Testing of Concrete Deep Foundations by Ultrasonic Crosshole Testing”.
