Pile load and lift test kit

The objective of static load testing is to assess the vertical displacement of the pile due to the test load. This test method is obligatory for 1% of all piles, with a minimum of two tested piles. The pile loading test is classified as:
– design testing
– final and control testing during installation.
The DRC standard hydraulic system for pile load testing includes a two-stage hydraulic pressurisation unit (700bar), pressure gauge, hoses, quick couplings, flow regulator valves, double action piston and self-levelling head. Depending on need, the system can be configured with jacks with different strokes and forces ratings. For special tests or when requested, the DRC system can supply the hydraulic system with an electric power pack. Both pressurisation systems (manual and electric) can work with multiple pistons simultaneously thanks to their manifolds.
