the new version of Ectha PRO digital test hammer
Ectha PRO has been completely upgraded with the new electronic board and firmware. Both of them have been realized to optimize the functionality of the tool and allow for greater and improved job autonomy on site.
The cursor sliding is quick and immediate in the navigation menu, so that the operator can easily select the different icons of the procedures, each of which allows the operator to have access to the right option to do clearly and quickly.
By maintaining unchanged its original functions (angle of hit, correlation curves, date/hour, bluetooth, etc.), the new Ectha PRO allows the operator to the choice of the language from the following options: Italian, English, French, Spanish.
During the test execution, the following items are visualized on the display:
- number of hits carried out
- average rebound index value
- angle of hit
- mechanical strength value (RcK) estimated on correlation curves
By simply sliding the cursor, the acquired rebound values and their related average are visualized in a graph.
All the data acquired on-site are automatically saved in the SD memory-card, which is provided with the instrument. The files generated can be exported in the PC with the USB cable.
The tool is designed and realized with innovative and low environmental impact materials to ensure more safety and resistance during the use.
Furthermore, Ectha PRO test hammer can be used in more efficient and performant way with the Ectha R Application that is free from Google Play or from www.drcitalia.net.
Using the App, the on-site acquired data are automatically saved via Bluetooth technology. The values are recorded in the test hammer memory-card and at the same time they are stored and displayed in the Andorid device you are using.
Thanks to the Bluetooth connection, Ectha R Application enables to print instantly the final report with the acquired values. For this purpose, the operator needs to get a mini wireless portable printer, purchasable at DRC office.
The equipment – complete of the accessories – is provided with the new IP67 rigid case. The case is watertight, waterproof and able to protect the equipment. The included accessories are: plastic grid, abrasion stone, fenolftaleina, pencil, block notes, battery charge.
